Ennova CXM is born: Products, solutions and services to innovate the customer experience
As of March 2023, Ennova Research S.r.l. (hereafter Ennova Research) and Gianos Consulting S.r.l. (hereafter Gianos) have decided to operate jointly in the Customer Experience Management solutions market through the establishment of a Business Unit named Ennova CXM, while preserving the autonomy of each company.
Ennova CXM brings together Gianos’ established skills and experience on the Customer Relationship Management side with those of Ennova Research in AI-ML and Advanced Analytics, Digital Experience Management and eCommerce.
Ennova CXM’s clientele can benefit from the completeness of the services offered and from a pool of more than 150 professionals distributed throughout Italy, able to support digital transformation initiatives dedicated to improving and innovating the way customers are contacted, experience and relate to them.
The Business Unit presents offerings for different market sectors, from industrial manufacturing to fashion and design, from pharmaceutical to consumer goods:
- CRM and Marketing solutions based on market-leading (Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dyn355, Infor CRM) and specialized (HOOX suite) suites
- Innovative eCommerce, apps and portals built with products from the Adobe Experience Cloud suite
- Consulting services to support the entire digital transformation cycle, from Assessment to software selection, from Governance of the entire transformation project to Change Management and User Adoption support
To adequately address new customer needs, it was essential to go beyond traditional CRM services. Customers are looking for a vendor that can accompany them through the entire transformation process, which, on the one hand, sees the role of digital channels and AI services as central, and on the other requires a profound organizational and technological overhaul toward a customer-centric and data-driven business model.
